Please have ready the site, the program you were using, the date and time of the error, what you were doing, and a short description. You will be given a unique support reference number to quote.

Most calls are cleared within about 15 minutes, often by talking the user through the task. If not, an engineer dials in to the site to fix it. For hardware, EndX can supply spare part kits and talk you through a repair, or send an engineer within the agreed time.
