Members

Details can be taken at the front desk or in the office, with fields you define yourself for marketing. It keeps several addresses per member, logs visits and lost cards, audits payments, handles direct debits and standing orders, and looks up UK addresses from the postcode.

Photos and reception

Compressed colour photos identify members and their guests. Members swipe in at reception, and a name search shows every possible match side by side. Hotel guests can be recorded too.
